13-Year-Old Girl Found Pregnant After Teacher Repeatedly Rapes Her In Jodhpur School
Mumbai: In a shocking incident in the Shergarh area of Rajasthan’s Jodhpur district, a teacher allegedly raped her 13-year-old girl student and made her pregnant. The girl was studying in a government upper primary school in the Mokamgarh area.
The incident happened in March this year. The matter came to light when the girl suffered a stomach ache and her parents took her to the hospital for a checkup.

After the doctor’s checkup, the parents were shocked to know that the daughter was pregnant. Later, the Class 6 student narrated her ordeal to her parents following which a complaint was lodged against the accused at the Balesar police station.
Teacher Surajaram repeatedly raped the victim. It is said that a fellow teacher had helped the accused in the crime. Both the accused teachers are absconding since the matter came to light.

The accused teachers allegedly threatened the girl that if she did not follow their orders, they would fail her in the examination.
Police said accused teacher Surajram raped the girl 3-4 times in March while her fellow teacher Sahiram was guarding outside the classroom.

The incident is from the Jodhpur district, the hometown of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.
Meanwhile, the Rajasthan State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has sought a report from the Jodhpur Superintendent of Police in the matter.
The accused have been booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act.
