13-Yr-Old Boy Rapes & Impregnates 15-Yr-Old Sister In Maharashtra
Mumbai: Police have booked a 13-year-old boy for raping and impregnating his 15- year-old sister in Maharashtra’s Navi Mumbai. The case was registered on Saturday after a Medico-Legal Case (MLC) was reported from Vashi General Hospital.
The 15-year-old girl went to the hospital with her parents to get her pregnancy terminated. The police verified that the child was three months pregnant.
The victim gave the police a statement in which she stated that “both siblings decided to try the ‘act’ after watching porn in December.” They both abandoned the idea because they couldn’t bring themselves to execute it. However, the victim stated in January that, despite her warnings not to, her younger brother had pushed himself on her. She informed her mother about the incident after missing her monthly period, and her parents then drove her to the hospital, according to a police officer from the Vashi police station.
The investigation has been moved to the Khandeshwar police station because the crime transpired at the Panvel family’s home. The victim’s parents are housekeepers. The mother makes Rs 8,000 a month, while the father makes Rs 10,000. The father had been working late at night on various jobs to help pay the Rs 10,000 EMI they needed to pay for their one-room kitchen cottage each month.
The event occurred when the parents were away for work, according to the authorities. The boy would now be brought before the Child Welfare Commission, who would then decide what to do next. Both the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act and the Indian Penal Code have been used to lodge a rape case against the youngster.
