140 New COVID Cases Reported In UP’s Gautam Bhudh Nagar

Mumbai: Official data shows that 140 new COVID-19 patients were recorded on Thursday in Uttar Pradesh’s Gautam Bhudh Nagar, which increases the district’s case to 15,567.

According to the data released by the UP Health Department, a decline in mortality rate was observed, with another person succumbing to the virus in the last 24 hours, killing 64 people in the district.

However, according to the data, the death toll on Wednesday was 61.

According to the data, the number of active cases decreased from 1,528 on Wednesday to 1,523, to 1,557 on Tuesday and 1,579 on Monday.

A total of 242 patients were discharged from health facilities during this period and the total recovery in the district reached 13,980, the seventh-highest level in the state.

According to official figures, the death toll of positive patients in the district rose from 0.39 percent to 0.41 percent on Wednesday, with the death toll being 64.

According to the data, the recovery rate increased from 89.63 percent on Wednesday to 89.63 percent on Wednesday and 89.13 percent on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the number of active cases in UP decreased from 36,898 on Wednesday to 36,295 and on Tuesday to 38,082, while the total recovery so far reached 4,05,545 and deaths related to COVID-19 to 6,543.
