1,412 New COVID Positive Cases Reported In Delhi
Mumbai: Officials said 1,412 fresh coronavirus cases were reported in Delhi on Saturday, causing the infection to exceed 1.60 lakh, while the death toll rose to 4,284.
Officials said that more than fourteen deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours.
According to the Delhi Government Health Bulletin, 6,090 RTPCR / CBNAAT / TrueNat tests and 13,345 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours.
With 1,412 new cases, the tally now stands at 1,60,016.
According to the Bulletin, the number of active cases is 11,594, while 1,44,138 patients have either recovered, been discharged, or have moved out of the city.
The number of containment zones stands at 591.

Meanwhile, India on Saturday recorded the highest-ever single day peak of 63,631 recoveries from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, the recoveries exceed the active cases by more than 15 lakh and the recovery rate stands at 74.69 per cent, said the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
