147 Maharashtra Police Personnel Tested Positive For COVID-19

Mumbai: The state police department said on Friday that more than 147 policemen had tested COVID-19 in the last 24 hours in Maharashtra, which was 11,920.

The total number of coronavirus cases includes 2,227 active cases, 9,569 recovered cases, and 124 deaths of police personnel in the state so far.

With the spike in 11,813 COVID-19 cases on Thursday, Maharashtra’s coronavirus growth increased to 5.60 lakh. Nearly one and a half lakh people are undergoing treatment, while 3.91 lakh people have been cured. Now the death toll has increased to 19,063 and 413 people have lost their lives.

According to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, there were 64,553 new coronavirus viruses and 1,007 deaths in India in the last 24 hours.

The country’s coronavirus count has increased to 2,461,191, including 661,595 active cases, 1,751,556 discharges / migrations and 48,040 deaths.
