190 Fresh COVID19 Cases Reported In Tripura, State Tally Rose To 7,853
Mumbai: More than 190 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in Tripura, a health official said, adding 7,853 people turned to the northeast state on Thursday.
The official said that fresh infections have brought the number of active COVID-19 cases in the state to 2,205, while 5,565 people have been cured so far and 18 patients have moved to other states.
He said that sixty-five COVID-19 patients have died due to infection so far in the state.
The official said that Tripura has tested 2,30,719 samples for COVID-19.
Coronavirus cases in India reached the 28 lakh-mark with 69,652 COVID-19 cases reported in the country in the last 24 hours, reported the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

Now the total cases are 28,36,926 which are involved in 6,86,395 active and 53,866 deaths.

The number of cured/discharged patients in the country is 20,96,665.
