22-Year-Old Mumbai Resident Arrested For Raping A Minor Girl
A case has been filed under Section 376AB, 363,506 of IPC and POCSO Act
Mumbai: A 22-year-old man was arrested on Friday for allegedly raping a minor girl in the Bhayandar area of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
According to the reports, the victim and the accused resided in the same building. The police said, “The accuse took her to the terrace and allegedly raped her.”

The girl’s parents learnt about the incident after she was taken to the hospital following a complaint about stomach pain.
The accused threatens to kill the girl and her parents if they disclose the incident.
A case has been filed under Section 376AB, 363,506 of IPC (Indian Penal Code) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act against the accused at the Navghar Police Station.
The accused will be presented in front of the court today.
