3,940 New Coronavirus Cases In Maharashtra, 74 Dead

Mumbai: A Health Department official said that Maharashtra’s COVID-19 case increased to 18,92,707 on Saturday as 3,940 new cases of infection were registered on Saturday.

He said that during the day, 74 people died due to the epidemic during the day, 48,648 people died.

On the other hand, 3,119 patients were discharged from hospitals, numbering 17,81,841 of the recovered persons.

There are 61,095 active cases in the state.

The city of Mumbai reported 632 new cases, bringing its case count down to 2,86,264, while its death was 10,980 with nine new deaths. The state has so far conducted 1,20,59,235 tests.

The figures for Maharashtra’s COVID-19 are: Positive cases: 18,92,707, new cases: 3,940, death toll: 48,648, discharge: 17,81,841, active cases: 61,095, people so far: 1,20,59,235.
