Mumbai: The state’s COVID-19 control room said that 45 more COVID-19 cases have been reported from Andhra Pradesh, with 2,452 coronavirus cases in the state.
The state’s COVID-19 control room said, “Andhra Pradesh has recorded 45 more COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The state now has a total of 2,452 cases, including 718 active cases and 54 deaths.”
In the last 24 hours, 41 people were discharged. The total number of people discharged is 1,680.
According to the state health department, 54 people have died due to the disease so far in the state.
Meanwhile, the number of Covid-19 cases in India surged to 1,12,359 as the country reported 5,609 positive cases and 132 deaths in the last 24 hours.
There are about 63,624 active cases in India including 45,299 recoveries. The death toll surges to 3,435 as per the statistics provided by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
