Mumbai: Around 2,886 COVID-19 cases were added afresh, bringing Andhra Pradesh to 8.20 lakhs overall on Friday.
The latest bulletin said that 3,623 patients were cured and another 17 succumbed in the 24 hours ending at 9 am on Friday.
The states COVID-19 table recorded 8,20,565 positives, 7,88,375 recoveries and 6,676 deaths.
The number of active cases in the bulletin was reduced to 25,514.
According to state government data, 3,795 COVID-19 patients out of 7,626 were on ventilator/oxygen support in the state hospitals on Thursday.
Another 2,874 COVID care centers and 15,768 were in house isolation.
Five districts reported two more deaths each and four others one COVID-19 death each in 24 hours.
