Additional Coaches To Be Added In Tutari Express And New 2nd Rake Of LHB Coaches To Bhusaval Express

Mumbai: Since the number of traveller in the train has been increasing, the Central Railway (CR) decided to assemblage the additional coaches. Four additional coaches are to be joint to train no. 11003/11004 Dadar – Sawantwadi – Dadar express. These additional coaches will include one AC three-tier, one sleeper coach and 2 general bogies. At the permanent basis, this coach will be added from 11 Nov. 2019.

Train no. 12157/12158 Pune – Solapur -Pune Hutatma Express and train no. 11025/11026 Bhusawal – Pune – Bhusawal Express will get a new rake of LHB coaches instead for their running second rake coaches. These rakes will installed from 10 Nov. 2019 to Bhusawal express and 11 Nov. 2019 to Hutatma coaches.

After this change, these trains will run on the track with 14-second class bogies, one AC chair car, one sleeper car, one general second class and two generator cum brake vans. They will total run with 19 bogies.

Linke Hofmann Busch coaches are the passenger coaches of Indian Railways that have been developed by Linke-Hofmann-Busch of Germany and mostly produced by Rail Coach Factory in Kapurthala, India. They have increased safety and riding comfort, cushioned / comfortable seats, wider windows, larger luggage racks. The coaches are bio-toilet fitted. The coaches are designed for an operating speed up to 160 km/h and could go up to 200 km/h.
