Afghanistan Reports 168 New COVID-19 Cases, Count Rises To 3,392

Mumbai: A total of 168 new positive cases of coronovirus have been reported in Afghanistan.

The country’s Public Health Minister Wahid Majrooh said on Wednesday that 168 positive cases have been reported in the last 24 hours and the total number of the country is 3,392, TOLO news reported.

There have been nine deaths and 31 recoveries in the last 24 hours. A total of 104 people have died due to infection, while 458 have recovered from the virus.

According to the ministry, more than 13,000 people have been tested so far.

According to Johns Hopkins University, the number of deaths from COVID-19 globally is over 251,575, while 3,584,174 are infected with the virus.
