Anti-CAA Protest: Owaisi Brothers Are Creating Panic Among People In Telangana: Dr Laxman
Mumbai: Telangana State BJP President Dr Laxman lambasted on All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi and said that he should not be allowed to hold a meeting against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA) and National.
The Register of Citizens (NRC) at Charminar and said that MPs from Hyderabad are trying to mislead Muslims on the new citizenship law.
“Today, the BJP delegation under my leadership has met the Hyderabad Police Commissioner and appealed to him that Asaduddin Owaisi should not be allowed to hold a meeting at Charminar against the CAA and NRC. Owaisi brothers (Asaduddin Owaisi and Akbaruddin Owaisi) are creating panic among people in Telangana,” he told ANI.

He further said that the Central Government has taken this decision in public interest.
“Today, the central government led by Narendra Modi and Amit Shah is taking historic decisions by taking all sections of people into confidence. It is not being digested by Asaduddin Owaisi and the Majlis Party. In the name of CAA, Muslims are being misled by them (Majlis party) and they (Majlis Party) are being supported by Telangana Rashtra Samithi party and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao,” he added.
