BCCI President Sourav Ganguly Suffers Mild Cardiac Arrest At Gym, Hospitalized

Mumbai: BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has been admitted to Woodlands hospital in Kolkata after suffering a mild cardiac arrest at the gym. 

India Today reports that the former India captain will be discharged on Saturday itself after getting an angioplasty done.

West Bengal Mamata Banerjee tweeted about the same and wished the ex-left-handed batsman a speedy recovery.

“Sad to hear that Sourav Ganguly suffered a mild cardiac arrest and has been admitted to hospital. Wishing him a speedy and full recovery,” tweets CM Banerjee.

Ganguly was recently in New Delhi for the inauguration of the late Arun Jaitley’s statue at the Delhi cricket stadium, formerly known as the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium, on the 68th birth anniversary of the former finance minister and the Delhi & Districts Cricket Association chief.
