Being a Covid Survivor Myself, I Know Much It Takes A Toll Mentally And Physically: Actress Rashmi Agdekar

Mumbai: After many Bollywood celebrities being tested positive for COVID-19 and understanding the hard time’s actress, Rashmi Agdekar opens up about her duty towards fighting the disease and helping the country by being a cause ambassador. Rashmi Agekar has blown the audience’s mind with her brilliant performance. The young and talented actress Rashmi Agdekar started her acting career in 2017, in the web series “Dev DD” from there she played various roles in web series and movies which was critically acclaimed.

Celebrities like Varun Dhawan and Kartik Aryan have also joined initiatives as cause ambassadors are contributing during these tough times by sharing verified information with their followers, Rashmi Agdekar herself being a covid survivor understands the need to support at this hour and is the cause ambassador for the campaign “Find a Bed”, the actress says, “In these tough times, many volunteers, NGOs, students, entrepreneurs etc are doing a lot of groundwork and helping people in need. If all these people are doing the actual hard work, the least I can do is amplify it. As a responsible citizen, it is my duty to spread awareness as much as I can in my capacity during this second wave. Being a covid survivor myself, I know much it takes a toll mentally and physically. Anyone in need of beds in their area or nearby can use this website (www.findabed.in)  to search. This will hopefully reduce the stress of running from one hospital to another in an emergency.” The campaign is initiated by ‘iimunofficial’ which goes by the slogan ‘by the youth for the county’.

On the work front, Rashmi Agdekar played the lead role in the MX player web series “I’mMature” which was critically acclaimed. The young and talented Rashmi Agdekar made her big-screen debut in Bollywood with the film “Andhadhun” alongside Ayushmann Khurrana and even seen in the web series “Rasbhari”’ alongside Swara Bhaskar. The actress has been working on a big project and will be announcing it very soon.
