Mumbai: The State Election Officer said that the ruling BJP is heading for victory in Himachal Pradesh as there are candidates with more than 3.23 lakh votes in all its Lok Sabha seats.
In Kangra, BJP candidate Kishen Kapoor is leading ahead of Congress with 4,57,133 votes against his nearest rival Pawan Kajal.
Sitting BJP MP Anurag Thakur is ahead in Hamirpur with 3,84,922 votes from his nearest rival of the Congress, Ram Lal Thakur.
In Shimla, BJP candidate Suresh Kashyap is leading his nearest rival of the Congress, Dhani Ram Shandil with 3,23,659 votes.
He said that BJP MPs are running ahead of their nearest rival Ashray Sharma in Ram Swaroop Mandi with 3,77,001 votes.
