BJP Wants To Put Money Into Pockets Of Big Businessmen: Rahul Gandhi

Mumbai: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said BJP wants that nothing in India should be made by small and medium businesses.

Earlier today, the Wayanad MP had hit out at the party for “dividing people and spreading hatred in Karnataka”. The remarks were made during an event to mark the birthday of Congress leader Siddaramaiah.

“They want everything made by two to three of their favourite big businessmen. Their entire idea is to take money out of people’s pockets and put it into big businessmen’s pockets,” he alleged during a media briefing.

Earlier on Wednesday, the Enforcement Directorate temporarily sealed the office of the Young Indian Company located in the premises of Congress-owned newspaper National Herald here as part of a money laundering probe.
