“BJP Will Not Even Win One LS Seat In West Bengal,” Mamata Banerjee

Mumbai: TMC will win all 42 Lok Sabha in the state and BJP will draw blank claimed West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

Banerjee said at a public rally in Andalu of Howrah district, “I am sure the BJP will not come to power in the country and this time in West Bengal will be empty. Below two seats in the last Lok Sabha election.”

Referring to the statement of BJP President Amit Shah in a rally in Kalyani in the day, Banerjee said without mentioning his name that a person has said that the national register of citizens will be implemented in the state when his party comes to power.

They (BJP) will come first in power and then we will show how they dare to do it.

“Now the BJP has caught its eye on West Bengal. Is it so easy for a party like BJP, whose workers are like a desert for entering Bengal?” Banerjee.

Banerjee said that the election of 300 LS seats has already ended and the BJP is facing defeat in the states of Uttar Pradesh, UP, Bihar, Punjab, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu and Delhi.

She said, “BJP is not putting its ears on the ground and people are feeling the pulse of the people. Twelve thousand farmers have committed suicide and three lakh jobs are over.”

“A day will come when they (BJP) will close down banks saying that there is no money”, she said referring to demonetisation.
