Citing instances of violence against the minority community, he also remarked that there is “more respect for street dogs than for Muslims”.

“Wherever there is a BJP govt in the country it feels like Muslims are living in an open jail….There is more respect for the road dog than Muslims,” ANI quoted Owaisi as saying during an event.

The Rail route Board renamed Tipu Express, which interfaces Mysuru with Bengaluru, as Wodeyar Express on Friday.

AIMIM chief likewise responded to RSS boss Mohan Bhagwat’s explanation that there’s a strict lopsidedness in India. “Try not to worry, the Muslim populace isn’t expanding, it’s fairly falling… Who’s utilizing condoms the most? We are. Mohan Bhagwat will not talk on this,” ANI cited Owaisi as saying.
