Mumbai: Amid a political crisis in Maharashtra, Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on Wednesday said that the BJP wants to “capture” entire India.
Talking to ANI, he said if the opposition speaks against the BJP then they don’t tolerate it.
“They are walking on the path of building an opposition-free India. Earlier they used to talk of Congress-mukt Bharat and now they have changed it to ‘Opposition-mukt’.
Disgruntled Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde today said 40 MLAs from Maharashtra have accompanied him to Guwahati in Assam and are committed to the ‘Hindutva’ ideology of Balasaheb Thackeray.
He later said that 40 MLAs were with him but did not want to comment on anyone.
