Chhatisgarh CM Urges Amit Shah Not To Open State Borders

Mumbai: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has urged Union Home Minister Amit Shah not to open the state’s borders anymore.

The Chief Minister also stressed the need to consult the concerned states upon the resumption of air and train services. 

He has also appealed to the home minister to provide relaxations in the borrowing limit of states from 3 percent GSDP to 5 percent under the economic package.

The Union Home Minister, Amit Shah has spoken to Chief Ministers of States regarding their views on the Covid-19.

The country is at the end of the fourth phase of the nationwide lockdown initiated by the PM since 24th March.
