Cochin International Airport Wins A Global Award For Passenger Satisfaction

Mumbai: Cochin International Airport has been awarded as the best airport in the term of services it offers to passengers.

CIAL was ranked among the best airport in the 5-15 million categories in the Asia Pacific region for the year 2018 based on annual airport service Quality (ASQ) survey conducted by the Airport Council International(ACI).

The award was presented to the authorities of Cochin International Airport at the second annual ACI customer experience global submit held at Bali, Indonesia.

ACI, ASQ survey is world-renowned and established airport service quality benchmarking programme measuring passengers’ satisfaction and is designed for the airport to understand the importance of monitoring and improving passenger service.
