Complaint Filed Against Arvind Kejriwal’s Wife For Placing Two Voter ID Cards

Mumbai: BJP leader Harish Khurana on Monday filed a criminal complaint against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal for placing two voter ID cards.

Khurana has filed a petition in the Thirty-Hajj court, alleging that Kejriwal’s wife has an ID card from Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh and Chandni Chowk of Delhi.

He has asked the court to issue summons against Sunita and take action for fraud under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code and Representation of People Act.

A complaint was filed under Section 155 (2) of the thirty thousand courts, in which a direction was sought for a police investigation for the offences punishable under sections 17 and 31 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 and Section 125 of the Representation of People Act A, 1951.
