Controversy Over Nepotism In Bollywood Flares Up As Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar Loses Fans On Social Media

Mumbai: Bollywood fans are flared up once again on the ‘Nepotism’ in the industry after some sources claim that it may be a big reason behind the untimely death of 34-year-old actor Sushant Singh Rajput on Sunday.

As the backlash of the actor’s suicide, fan’s have taken over to social media and unfollowed actors like Sonam Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.

Director and Producer Karan Johar, who is always accused of promoting nepotism in Hindi film industry has also faced the rage of the netizens. Karan Johar’s following on Instagram has dropped at 10.07 Million from 11 Million.

Producer Mahesh Bhatt’s daughter Alia Bhatt has also lost more than 5 Lakh followers on her IG account in 3 days, and is being targeted for rejecting late actor Sushant’s film ‘Raabta’.

While Sonam Kapoor, who is known as the fashion Diva of the industry lost more than 2 Lakh followers in the past 3 days.

Actors who don’t star kids or don’t have influence in the industry have always spoken about the “Nepotism” in it. Ayushmann Khurrana who is a self-made actor said the Dharma Productions declined to work with him as they only work with big names.
