COVID-19 Tally In Delhi Crosses 5000-Mark; 206 New Cases

Mumbai: The number of novel coronovirus cases in Delhi has crossed the 5000 marks on Tuesday, with 206 more people testing positive in the last 24 hours.

The Delhi government said that there were no deaths on Monday for the third consecutive day.

The Health Department said that there are 3,573 active cases and 1,468 patients have been cured so far.
Officials said that the number of cases in Delhi is now 5,104.

As of Monday night, the number of cases due to pathogens was 4,898, including 64 deaths. On 3 May, Delhi recorded its highest one-day spike in coronovirus cases with 427 new cases.

Out of the total 64 creatures so far, 33 died at the age of 60 and above, making up 51 per cent of the total death cases. Officials said 50 of them were under 50 in the age group of 50-59 and 11 were under 50.

The bulletin states that a total of 67,852 COVID-19 tests have been conducted so far. The total number of COVID-19 positive patients is 533.

According to the bulletin, out of a total of 5,104 cases recorded so far, at least 1,231 injuries were reported from various hospitals such as LNJP Hospital, RML Hospital, Safdarjung Hospital and Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital and AIIMS Jhajhar, of which 92 were ventilators.
