Mumbai: The Ministry of Health said in its press release on Thursday that the recovery rate of COVID19 patients had gone up till 42.75 percent, as 3,622 COVID19 patients cured in the last 24 hours.
“The number of cases under active medical supervision is 86,110. So far, a total of 67,691 people have been cured. In the last 24 hours, 3,266 patients were found cured. This takes our total recovery rate to 42.75%,” the release said.

Ministry release also said that Government of India is taking several steps along with the UTs and State governments for prevention, contamination, and management of COVID19.
“These are being regularly reviewed and monitored at the highest level,” it added.
With an average of daily 6000 new COVID19 cases, India currently has 1,59,073 confirmed cases of COVID19.
