Decision To Repeal 3 Farm Law After Seeing Defeat In Elections: Priyanka Gandhi

Earlier today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that the Central government will repeal the three contentious farm laws

Mumbai: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi on Friday hit out the Modi government for ignoring farmers protest against the three-farm law and repealing it only after seeing defeat in the upcoming assembly elections.

In a series of tweets, Priyanka Gandhi said that the Modiji didn’t care about the death of 600 farmers or Lakhimpur Kheri Violence.

“More than 600 farmers were Martyred.  More than 350 days of struggle, @narendramodi Sir, your minister’s son crushed the farmers to death, you didn’t care. Your party leaders insulted the farmers and called them terrorists, traitors, goons, miscreants, you yourself called them ‘andolanjeevi’. Lathis were thrown at them, they were arrested,” she tweeted.
