Deepika Padukone was summoned for questioning on September 25. She is expected to return to Mumbai today. Deepika flew to Goa last week to shoot for director Shakun Batra’s untitled film.

The development comes in the wake of the investigation into a drug-related case linked to the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
