Delhi To Face Heavy Thunder-Strom In Coming Days

Mumbai: In the coming days, there is a possibility of spraying with the thunder, along with winters in the Delhi-NCR region. According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), due to the prevailing western disturbances prevailing in North-West India, heavy winds with high winds are expected in Delhi.

Meantime, the Jammu division of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, North Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh will have hail on Wednesday, February 6. Maximum temperature will reach 24 degree Celsius while minimum temperature will reach 12 degree Celsius. On Monday, the maximum and minimum temperature was at 23.2 and 8 degrees Celsius, respectively.

The speed of fast winds reaching 40-50 kmph is likely to be above the North Arabian Sea. Also, fishermen are advised not to venture into this area. Usually there will be clouds in the sky on Wednesday. The maximum and minimum temperature in Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR) is likely to be around 19 to 12 degree Celsius by February 7 respectively.

Uttarakhand has received the maximum snowfall in five years this year, whereas in Jammu and Kashmir this winter, 77 percent increase in rains has occurred.

In Shimla, the weather department has issued heavy snowfall and rain warning in the state on Wednesday and Friday. It also said that there is a possibility of heavy snowfall in Chamba, Kullu, Shimla, Kinnaur, Lahaul and Spiti on 6th February, followed by rain and hailstorms on February 7.
