E-Blood Services Mobile App Launched By Health Minister Harsh Vardhan

Mumbai: Health Minister Dr. Vardhan launched an blood Services Mobile app, partnered with the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), for easy blood availability in this crucial time of COVID19.

Minister said that this initiative will help people to get blood on time by registering on the application.

While addressing a conference, the Minister said, “People who need blood can get registered on this app and know from where they will get blood.”

“One can seek blood up to four units. The Indian Red Cross Society’s blood banks will wait up to 12 hours for them,” he added.

Dr. Harsh Vardhan also requested people to come forward to donate blood as their contribution to this difficult time as it is required more than ever now.
