Extremly Sad To See That Congress Leaders Can’t Understand Pain Of Mothers: Yogi Adityanath On Kota Infant Deaths

Mumbai: Following Kota hospital incident in Rajasthan Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took a dig at Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi.

Adityanath said that it is very sad that despite being women, Sonia and Priyanka themselves cannot feel the pain of the mothers who lost their children in Kota hospital. By December 24, seventy children had died at JK Lone Hospital in Kota and now the toll has been increased to 100.

In a series of tweets in Hindi, the UP CM said, “The death of 100 innocent children is very tragic and heartbreaking. The death of children is a blot on civil society, human values and feelings.”

“It is very sad that Congress President Sonia Gandhi and General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra are unable to understand the agony of mothers despite being women,” he said.

Attacking Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Adityanath said that the latter’s insensitive and irresponsible attitude in the matter is very sad.

The head of the pediatric department of JK Lone Hospital, Drs. Amrit Lal Bairwa told ANI that three children died on December 30 and five more on December 31. “They were all newborns,” he said. Bairwa said that all of them had low birth weight and hypothermia.
