FIR Registered Against Bollywood Actor Aditya Pancholi For Threatening Car Mechanic

Mumbai: An offensive case has been registered against Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi in the Varasova police station in Mumbai, according to the report, he allegedly used abusive language with a car dealer in a financial dispute and threatened to kill him.

A car mechanic has been identified as Moshin Kadar Rajapkar, who said in the complaint that on March 10, 2017, the actor had asked him to come to his house for the purpose of servicing his car. He claimed that since he knew each other for a long time personally, on May 18 of that same year, he checked his car, which was not working at all, so he got it in a service center at Juhu.

Meantime, due to lack of equipment, maintenance could not be done, so they had to take Land Cruiser to Delhi. In February 2018, the car was taken back to Mumbai and the cost of all was about 2 lakh and 80 thousand rupees.

While the car was delivered back to the actor’s residence, he abused Moshin and used dishonest language on the telephone. According to the police, further investigations are going on. On inquiring about allegations, the accused actor had to say that he is a liar. “I have made all the payments and I have a bank statement, in fact, they kept my car for a year without any reason.”

Earlier, Aditya Pancholi was accused of raping his ex-girlfriend Pooja Bedi’s 15-year-old maid when the two celebs were allegedly dating.

Aditya Pancholi was sentenced by a Metropolitan Court to a one-year imprisonment in an assault case that took place in 2005. The court also fined Pancholi Rs. 20,000. Pancholi secured bail and avoided imprisonment.
