Mumbai: Haryana health officials reported four more coronovirus deaths on Tuesday as the number of infections in the state rose to 14,548 with 338 fresh cases.
The most affected were Faridabad and Gurgaon, respectively, in which two and one were killed.
According to the daily bulletin of the state health department, one person died in Palwal. There have been 236 deaths in the state so far.
So far, Gurgaon and Faridabad have had 91 and 77 coronovirus related deaths respectively. The state has more than 9,000 infections in both districts.
The bulletin said that there are currently 4,340 active cases in the state. After treatment, 9,972 people have been discharged from hospitals.
The state’s recovery rate was 68.55 per cent on Tuesday.
The districts where fresh cases were reported on Tuesday to include Faridabad 143 infection, Gurgaon 87, Rohtak 28, Karnal 20 and Kaithal 11.
