Mumbai: An official of the state health department said that Goa’s COVID-19 tally reached 51,983 after testing positive for infection on Tuesday.
The official said that 94 patients were discharged from various hospitals, while no casualties were reported.

With this, the toll in the coastal state was 749 and the number of recoveries increased to 50,437.
The official said that there are currently 797 active cases in the state.

He said the number of tests administered in the state reached 4,19,548, 1,975 more samples were tested on the day.
The data for Goa’s COVID-19 are as follows: positive cases 51,983, new cases 92, death cases 749, leave of 50,437, active cases 797, samples examined up to 4,19,548.
