Mumbai: The Government of Andhra Pradesh has constituted a High-power Committee to probe into the causes behind gas leak at LG Polymers plant in Visakhapatnam.
The committee is to submit the report of the incident by 22nd June 2020. The committee is chaired by Sri Neerab Kumar Prasad, an IAS from the EFS&T department.

The members of the committee are finalized by the Andhra Government after seeking nominations from the Government of India.
Vizag Gas Leak had jolted the Indians who were still haunted by the Bhopal Tragedy memories. The tragedy has killed at least 12 people and landed hundreds in the hospital.
