Home Minister Praises PM Modi’s Efforts For The Welfare Of Farmers

Mumbai: Home Minister Amit Shah lauds PM Modi on his efforts towards the welfare of the farmers in India.

He said that India’s welfare lies in the welfare of its farmers and the assistance provided to the farmers showcases the PM’s foresight to make the country self-sufficient.

“Modi Govt believes that India’s welfare lies in the welfare of farmers. The unprecedented assistance given to farmers today shows Modi Ji’s foresight to make the country self-sufficient by empowering farmers. I congratulate PM Modi & FM Nirmala Sitharaman for this”, says Shah 

The statement comes after Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharam introduced the third tranche of an economic stimulus package of Rs.1.5 LCr in favor of farmers and ensures inter-state barrier-free trade of agricultural commodities.
