How Economic Slowdown Will Make India 5 Trillion Economy: Abhishek Singhvi Slams Takes Jibe At Centre
Mumbai: Senior Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi attacked center led by PM Narendra Modi said economic slowdown and questioned how it would fulfill the promise of making India a 5 trillion economy.
Singhvi wrote on Twitter saying, “Modi Ji’s Twitter followers have crossed 50 million. The economy will cross 5 trillion (dollars), but how? Youths are not getting jobs. Will you hold opposition responsible even for this. Uber, Ola has ruined everything (Uber, Ola ne sab Kar Diya Gangadhar).”

“Whatever good has happened has been done by us (Modinomics). Whatever bad has happened has been done by others (Nirmalanomics). Then, why have people elected you? (Publiconomics),” he said in another tweet.

On Tuesday, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the mindset of millennials is adversely affecting the automobile industry as they prefer to use radio taxi services rather than buying vehicles themselves.
Addressing reporters in Chennai, he said, “The automobile and components industry is influenced by the mentality of BS6 and millennials, who now prefer Ola and Uber rather than commit to buying automobiles.”
