IMD Continues It’s Weather Diplomacy By Its Monsoon Report On Gilgit Baltistan And Muzaffarabad
Mumbai: Indian Meteorological Department today updated its weather report on Southwest monsoon, including Kashmir’s Gilgit Baltistan and Muzaffarabad region occupied by Pakistan.
South-west monsoon today arrived in all parts of Himachal Pradesh, in remaining parts of Kutch & Gujarat region & Madhya Pradesh, some parts of Rajasthan, Chandigarh & north Punjab, most parts of UP & entire Uttarakhand & J & K, Ladakh, Gilgit Baltistan & Muzaffarabad, said IMD in its report.

More than a month ago, the Pakistani court had allowed its government to conduct elections in the Kashmir region occupied by them. India strongly opposed the decision on many platforms.
The Indian Meteorological Department in a subtle way showed that the region belonged to India, by simply including Gilgit Baltistan and Muzaffarabad in its daily weather update.
Continuing the weather diplomacy, IMD today gave an update about the monsoon arriving in the land occupied by Pakistan.
