India Terms Pakistan’s Move To Take Diplomats To PoK As ‘drama’, ‘naked Propaganda’

Mumbai: India called Pakistan’s move to carry diplomats to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), where the Indian Army destroyed terrorist camps as “drama” and “naked propaganda” and said it should instead show any credible action against terrorism.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Raveesh Kumar said, “This is a ‘Drama’. Pakistan has been doing this kind of naked propaganda. They took some diplomats (to PoK). We know that whenever they take diplomats, they Let’s try to show a completely different thing,” Kumar said in a press conference here.

Referring to Pakistan’s reluctance to take action against terrorist organizations, Kumar said it should show diplomats how it destroys terrorist camps and takes “credible, irreversible” actions against terrorism.

“If Pakistan is serious, it should be taken to diplomats to show that credible and irreversible action is being taken against terrorism,” Kumar said.

He said that Pakistan is using the terrorist launch pad to send terrorists to India.

“It is public knowledge that they have launched pads on the LoC in PoK, which are used to infiltrate terrorists in India,” he said.

Artillery guns were used by the Indian Army to target camps in PoK after two Indian soldiers and a civilian were killed in unprovoked ceasefire violations in Tangdhar sector of Kupwara in Jammu and Kashmir earlier this month.
