This was his 27th test hundred and 20th as Indian captain. He has now joint with Ricky Ponting for most centuries as international captain 41.
Captain and Vice-captain today again looked in great form and batting looks easier when they two bats together. Ajinkya Rahane made 51 by hitting some exclusive drives. He hit 7 boundaries and made his 51 in just 69 deliveries. He was caught on point off Taijul Islam. India is 249/4 at lunch and has a lead of 183 runs.
