IPL 2019: Virat Kohli To Give 120 Percent Or Play Not At All

Mumbai: With the 12th edition IPL season ahead, there have been many controversies regarding Kohli’s not leading up the IPL trophy for his RCB franchise team.

Kohli believes in responsibility on his side of showing up his not only 75-80% of his game but giving up his 120 per cent at play or play not at all.

While there have been suggestions that the players might not play up to their full potential, Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli is of the opinion that either he will give his 120 per cent or not play at all.

Kohli shows his approach of looking forward to his team from a different perspective.

“Not only the big names will play and the rest will sit behind but rather everyone has to contribute,” said Kohli.

“I am motivated to start tomorrow (Saturday) personally. I don’t know how competitive or how relaxed Indian players are going to be during the IPL. Every professional knows how to maintain a balance.” Kohli said.

“Till the time you play, you have to give 120 per cent. I don’t believe in playing 75 per cent or 80 per cent. When I play, I am going to give my best. When I want to rest, I will just not play rather than just standing there. That’s the mindset I carry,” Kohli signed off.
