Mumbai: ‘New morning for Amethi’ Smriti Irani said after her historic win against Congress president Rahul Gandhi.

Meanwhile, speaking with ANI she told, “On one side there was a family and on the other hand an organization that works like a family. The credit goes to the organization and its workers and workers killed in Kerala and Bengal. I dedicate my victory to their families, ” she said.
The BJP leader won the Amethi parliamentary seat on Friday with a margin of 55,120 votes. Irani polled a total of 4,67,598 votes
Despite the party’s poor performance in the 2014 general elections, the Congress president defeated Irani by 1,07,903 votes.
