Jaya Prada Felt Insulted After Calling Her As Nachne-vali By SP Leader

Mumbai: On Saturday, Jaya Prada took a jibe at Azam Khan, SP leader saying she has always considered him as a brother but he has always rooted to insult her.

She was addressing a public rally in Rampur.

“Azam Khan I call you as my brother but you wished me unwell in the name of calling me a sister. Does our brother see us as a dancer? This is the reason why I wanted to leave Rampur”, Jaya Prada.

She said, “I told founder of Samajwadi Party Mulayam Singh that my obscene photos are been circulated in Rampur but no politician helped me at that time and that’s why I had to leave Rampur.”

Jaya Prada is fielded for Rampur seat as a BJP candidate against SP leader Azam Khan.

Azam Khan had made a sexist comment on her saying as ‘Nachne-vali’.

In 2004 and 2009 as an SP leader, she had won earlier for Rampur constituency. She was expelled from party carrying anti-activities in the year 2010.

In the third phase of election on April 23, Rampur will go on the vote. Results will be declared on 23rd May.
