Jos Buttler Stressed To Play Brave Plus Smart Cricket In World Cup 2019

Mumbai: Jos Buttler, the England wicket-keeper batsman, has stressed on the importance of playing positive cricket if a team has to go far in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2019.

“It won’t be a game of cricket in which the team plays cautiously would win the match, but the team who would play brave cricket plus smart cricket would win,” Buttler said.

Getting to No.1 was a goal ahead of the World Cup,” Buttler told reporters. “Now, it is about staying true to what we’re about and continually getting better and trusting that style, which will stand us in good stead at the World Cup.”

Buttler being a star of the record-breaking game of 400 plus runs scored against West Indies in the last World Cup with a score of 150 off just 77 deliveries is still a sensational remark on this name.

England consisting of a very strong squad with the most number of young and fresh players has a chance to make a most out of it.

The World event is going to start out at May 30 competing with South Africa.
