Junior Bachchan Pens Heartfelt Note As Father Amitabh Bachchan Completes 50 Years In Industry

Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan is one of the most senior members of the film industry who is still very active in his work front. Amitabh Bachchan easily gives young actors a run for their money.

Amitabh Bachchan began his career with the 1969 film ‘Saat Hindustani’ which was released 50 years ago from this date, 7 November. Amitabh Bachchan is also known for television host, playback singer and former politician. He gained popularity in the early 1970’s film such as Zanjeer, Deewar, and Sholay and was dubbed India’s ‘angry young man’ for his on-screen roles in Bollywood. There has been no looking back for the megastar ever since. He is still on a roll in his career.

Celebrating Amitabh Bachchan contribution towards the film industry, Abhishek Bachchan wrote a heartfelt note on social media, he shared, “Not as a son but as an actor and as a fan, we all are blessed to witness the greatness! The 77 years old star continues to charm his fans with some very interesting projects. Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in ‘Chehre’, with Emraan Hashmi. After that, he will also be seen in ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ alongside Ayushmann Khurana. Amitabh Bachchan is also the part of Nagraj Manjule’s film ‘Jhund’ and Ayan Mukherji’s ‘Brahmastra’ starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in lead.
