Jyoti Saxena Spills Out The Beans Shares Her Fitness Mantra, Says Focus On Fitness, Not On Weight Loss

Mumbai: Bollywood’s gorgeous actress Jyoti Saxena is all set to make her debut in the film industry. Jyoti Saxena who has been seen in the hit song “Khoya Hun Main”, is also a trained classical dancer who specializes in the ‘Jaipur Gharana.’ She is also a fitness enthusiast who makes sure to follow a proper diet and routine to keep herself fit and fine.

Jyoti Saxena always makes sure to keep herself fit by following a basic but effective routine, The actress spilt the secret for her hourglass body, Jyoti revealed, “Following a good workout regime and diet are equally important. I have always believed in small and frequent meals. Have small meals every 2-3 hours but remember they should not include any unhealthy food. Focus on healthy eating whether it is summer or winter.”

Jyoti Saxena further added, “Never skip a meal. Skipping any meals is not a good idea at all. My day-to-day diet is centred on lots of vegetables, fruits, and plenty of water. I avoid oily and packaged foods. My daily diet consists of regular home-cooked food like dal, vegetables, chapati, rice, soups, salads, and lots of fruits. Also, drink plenty of fluids. Water is a must for everyone, drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep yourself hydrated. It does wonders to your skin.”

Jyoti Saxena is no doubt the fittest actress in business today.
