Kangana’s Office Demolished: Sharad Pawar Slams BMC, Says Unnecessary Steps Have Given Opportunity To People Comment On

Mumbai: Following the BMC’s step to demolish actress Kangana Ranaut’s office in Mumbai, NCP chief Sharad Pawar questioned the action taken by the civic body and said that such unnecessary steps have given the opportunity and people will raise questions on it.

“There are a lot of illegal structures in Mumbai. Unnecessarily, by taking this action, an opportunity has been given and people will comment on it,” Sharad Pawar said.

Earlier today, the Shiv Sena ruled BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) carried out a demolition drive at the office of Ranaut.

The move came as a political vicissitude over the wording of the ongoing war between Ministers of Maharashtra and Kangana Ranaut over her remarks, in which she described Mumbai as equivalent to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
