Mumbai: On Friday, Kerala Christian Forum demanded an apology from President of Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) President, Amit Shah for his statement against the minorities in India.
Shah on Thursday had said, “We will ensure for National Register of Citizens (NRC) in the country. We will remove each and every single intruder except Sikhs, Buddhists and Hindus.”
The forum counter statement of BJP President for confronting the other communities and for implementation of NRC.
On Friday the forum said, ‘We hope Amit Shah and BJP apologized to the nation and especially to the minority communities of the country who felt like abuse by the statement’.
NRC is a register that contains names of Indian citizens which was made only for the year in 1951. NRC is been recently updated in East India, Assam to root out illegal immigrants.
