Kerala Reports 94 COVID-19 Cases And Three deaths

Mumbai: Kerala on Thursday reported 94 positive cases of coronovirus and three deaths in the state, with 1,588 infections and 14 fatalities.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that Meenakshi Ammal, Shabnaz (Malappuram) and Xavier (Kollam), natives of Palakkad, succumbed and were tested positive for the deadly virus.

“Of the 94 new cases in the state, 47 came from abroad today, 37 from other states and seven contracted the disease through contact,” Vijayan said.

He also told that today 39 people got cured.

“A total of 1,70,065 people are under surveillance in the state, of which 1,487 are in hospitals,” he said.

He also said that out of 37 cases from other states, 23 came from Maharashtra, eight from Tamil Nadu, three from Delhi, two from Gujarat and one from Rajasthan.
