LSG’s Marcus Stoinis Screams ‘F**k You’ In Anger After Getting Out, Reprimanded
Mumbai: LSG all-rounder Marcus Stoinis was heard screaming ‘F**k you’ in anger after getting dismissed by RCB’s Josh Hazlewood in their IPL 2022 match on Tuesday.
Stoinis was also seen gesturing angrily with his bat. Stoinis has been reprimanded for breaching the IPL Code of Conduct.
He also admitted to the Level 1 offence of the IPL Code of Conduct and accepted the sanction.
“For Level 1 breaches of the Code of Conduct, the Match Referee’s decision is final and binding,” stated the official statement.
Talking about the match, Faf du Plessis scored 96 runs and Josh Hazlewood took four wickets as Royal Challengers Bangalore beat Lucknow Super Giants by 18 runs at the Dr DY Patil Stadium here.
Lucknow will take on Mumbai Indians for their next IPL 2022 clash at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Sunday.
